Tri-State NAPA was formed in May of 2012 by a pool shooter and several friends who were looking for something different in the billiards industry.  We had shot in several other leagues and heard all of the complaints for several years before I found NAPA.  I set up a meeting and we decided to try NAPA in an in-house league in a small bar in East Palestine, OH.

 

The North American Poolshooters Association (NAPA) is the managing body of NAPA pool leagues throughout the United States and Canada.

The focus of the NAPA is to provide a unique and competitive playing ground for pool shooters across North America.

 

HISTORY   

The NAPA was founded in 2009 and is now the fastest growing pool league in North America.
